Workout wednesday

7pm structured workouts comprised of a variety of speed work routines including aerobic/anaerobic repetitions, hills, tempos, and fartleks. Meeting points may vary with the majority of practices being held at the Weehawken track. Distances and paces are based primarily on the ability of the athletes. Dynamic stretches and strength exercises are completed together where warm ups and workouts are completed according to ability.

Sunday funday

8am long runs range between timed aerobic runs to multiple miles, depending on the season and training schedule. Distances and paces are based primarily on the ability of the athletes. Many of these long runs will consist of post run recovery food or running to a local destination for some delicious calorie replenishment a.k.a. breakfast a.k.a. DONUTS!
