Workout wednesday

6:30pm structured workouts comprised of a variety of speed work routines including aerobic/anaerobic repetitions, tempos, fartleks, and more. Meeting points may vary with the majority of practices being held at the Weehawken track. Distances and paces are based primarily on the ability of the athletes. Warm ups, cool downs, dynamic stretches and strength exercises are completed together whereas the main workouts are completed according to ability.

Sunday funday

Long runs range between timed aerobic runs to recommended miles, depending on the season and training schedule. Distances and paces are based primarily on the ability of the athletes. Many of these long runs will consist of post run recovery food or running to a local destination for some delicious calorie replenishment a.k.a. breakfast a.k.a. DONUTS!
