Workout: 5 min warm up, Group dynamics, 3 choices: 8 miles, 6 miles, or as long as you’d like (last 2 miles @ HM pace), 5 min warm down, Group static stretch!

Location: Weehawken Track

Workout: 5 min warm up, Group dynamics, Activation exercises, 6-8 x 600m repeats (rest 200m walk), Core/Strength exercises, 5 min warm down, Group static stretch!
